We are looking for people who can spend a few minutes providing feedback about the candle they purchased. Your comments will help the woman who made it improve her product and realize her dream of becoming a successful, independent business owner.

Each candle comes with an Entrepreneur Number on the label. By writing this number and your comments in the box below, you will help her to make a better candle and build a better business. Your feedback provides the valuable information she needs to succeed.

Please visit the Prosperity Candle Foundation to find out how you can make even more of a difference by providing a woman with a candle business kit.

With this complete “business-in-a-box” she receives training from our partner, Women for Women International, and additional support from our foundation. She is then is empowered to make independent decisions about where, how and with whom she wants to build her own business.
