Shipping

Orders are shipped by UPS or USPS Priority Service. All our shipments are carefully packed for you at our warehouse in Central Massachusetts, managed by a wonderful organization employing skilled, developmentally disabled adults. Payment of any duty, VAT, customs, tax and/or similar fees affixed to orders placed outside of the United States are the responsibility of the end recipient. We regret that orders shipped outside of the U.S. or Canada are final sales, not returnable and non-refundable.

Delivery Time

Orders are shipped promptly. You can expect delivery of in-stock merchandise within 4-10 business days, unless you are otherwise notified. Overnight shipping is available. During holidays, please order early for best selection and prompt delivery. Please also note that our warehouse is closed on all national holidays including Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.

Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed

Within 60 days of receiving your order, and provided items are unused, we will happily provide an exchange or refund if you are not completely satisfied. If you need to return or exchange an item, please pack it carefully and send it back to us along with the invoice and an indication of what action you would like us to take. Return shipping charges are not refundable, but we will provide free shipping for your new selections.
